What is Mental Fitness?

Mental Fitness is a structured and science-based approach to strengthening your mindset – just like physical fitness, but for your brain. It helps you stay calm under pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and confidently face new challenges.

We’ve built it as part of our tech courses because we believe learning Python, Cyber Security, or AI isn’t just about skills – it’s also about resilience, clarity, and confidence.

How does it work?

Mental Fitness is fully integrated into your learning experience through a mix of:

  • Weekly mini-practices during tech lessons
  • One group workshop in the middle of your course
  • Optional 1:1 consultation for personalized support
  • Digital resource pack with articles, videos, and practical tools

The content follows a 3:2:1 formula

  • 3 parts stress management
  • 2 parts resilience-building
  • 1 part confidence boosting

Why did we decide to pioneer this approach globally?
