Mental Fitness: Your Mindset Matters Too!
Learning tech is exciting but let’s be real, it can also be stressful, intense, and a bit overwhelming. That’s why Mental Fitness is part of your journey.
What it’s about
Think of this like a workout for your mind – short, practical sessions that help you stay focused, motivated, and balanced throughout the course.
The content follows a simple 3:2:1 formula:

- 1 part aimed at boosting confidence

We will also conduct a job interview training session with you and provide personality tests and knowledge assessments.
What are the prerequisites for enrolling in coding programs at K2 College?
There are no prior requirements. During our first consultation, we will discover your existing knowledge and skills and suggest the best program that matches your needs. However, to complete the courses, you must have access to a computer, preferably with an external monitor for a better learning experience.
